Low-temperature alpha-amylase is the generic term of an enzyme that can hydrolyze and
catalyze starch and α-1,4 glycosidic bond of glycogen, which is made of excellent strains through
liquid fermentation, ultrafiltration and other refining processes. It can catalyze 1,4 glycosidic bond
of the starch molecule and become oligosaccharide, disaccharide, dextrin or glucose and fructose,
which will improve the starch digestibility and utilization rate of animal.
